Prospective Builders
Welcome to Greystone!
We are happy you were selected by one of our owners to build/remodel on their behalf in our HOA. We are very proud of our beautiful traditional style neighborhood, our friendly neighbors, and our rolling hills and large trees. We trust that you will help us protect the beauty of our community!
Before you begin the process of building or remodeling in Greystone, there are some good things to know about the process. We have an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) that oversees the building process in Greystone HOA. The ARC will work with you to assure a seamless construction process.
The Architectural Review Committee has up to thirty (30) days to review your request to build or remodel in Greystone per the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs) beginning with the date of submission of all required review materials. The ARC will also interview your selected builder/contractor as part of the approval process. Any builder/contractor on the Greystone prohibited list will not be approved.
Do not schedule any work or begin any work prior to receiving your ARC approval. Also, do not sign a contract with any builder prior to approval. No Lot clearing or modification of any type may be made to any Lot without the express written authorization from the ARC. In this way, we protect our magnificent trees and the overall aesthetics of Greystone. Once you have submitted your Architectural Review Application, you will be contacted by a member of the ARC to schedule a time to review your submission.
Return the Architectural Review Application form and any other information, including plans, drawings, photographs, materials lists, color palettes, or other items that will be necessary for the Greystone ARC review process to:
